Meetings and conferences are get-togethers of many people to hold a discussion on certain topics or have some activities. People come to attend conferences from different fields of life: business, society, religion, and so on.
The number of attendees may be so large that it needs to be organized in a hotel or a specially designed conference room or training center where the environment is right for discussions.
Conferences are formal affairs. So a particular agenda has to be discussed and focused upon and invitations are often sent in advance.
