Where are your words from ?
Your words are from the books , the dialogues, conversations, others' talk. You know how to use these words ,then these words are yours. Your words are not from the dictionary or words lists, words books.
If English is a skill , You just need to master daily language first ,and then use them as possible as you can. Improve your skill like rolling a snowball.
Increasing your training volume gradually, because when the snowball grows bigger, it will stick more snow by the same move.
Deliberate practice entails more than simply repeating a task. Rather, it involves setting specific goals, obtaining immediate feedback and concentrating as much on technique as on outcome.
But if you practice speaking every spare minute and learn useful sentences every day you can make big progress.
many insecure people have a defense mechanism to protect their own self-esteem, so when they come across successful people, they tend to gather all the evidence they can to prove that other's success was just luck.
Those keys are attention, alertness, sleep, repetition, breaks, and mistakes.
Brain Hack:
get ride of those distractions, increase your attention, increase your alertness, maybe through a little bit of exercise, repeat the thing that you are trying to do as many times as you can, in that training period, and repeat it over multiple days, making sure that you prioritize that sleep between. Embrace your mistakes, and make sure you take a 10-20 minute break after learning, because your brain is going to thank you. And now I'm going to thank you for your attention, and I hope you learnt something new.
