Yesterday afternoon, I went to the building of Zhangjiawan fuhuaqi ,it's like some startup incubator. I saw their office on floor 5, it's 62 square meters, it costs 3000 yuan/month. The staff who received me is a lady, she put on a lot of makeup. That made her face very white. But I can say her skin is not good. She told me I can have a discount of 100 yuan less per month if I rent for half a year at once or enjoy a discount of 200 yuan less per month if I rent for a whole year at once. That's a lot of money for us .We need to think about it carefully. There are 32 square meter room , but it's not available now. They all have been rented. She told me if I can wait, maybe after some time, I can rent one. It costs 2000 yuan/ month. This kind of office room is at the end of the aside, only 3 room. one floor one this kind of room. I told my partners if we have the project to do , maybe we could consider the office in the building. This building is very close to my partner's home. He can walk to there. I can go to there by electric scooter, it's about less than 4 kilometers. after the visit ,I went to the changli building on the way to bus stop. I got some free jasmine tea and ginger tea at the front of the building. it was provided by a hotel. The jasmine tea is cold, I only drink a little. The ginger tea was in a insulated container. it's warm and tastes good. yes I drank more of it. when I was home . I did some office work. and cook dinner. after dinner I made the steamed bread or steamed bun. I was tired in the evening. The body is tired , but my brain is still very active. I need to do some work, so I made the steamed bun. I asked my wife to have a look of the steamed buns. She asked me how I can made them so round. I smiled. In the morning my kid watched the steamed buns, he also gave the affirmation. These steamed buns are pretty good.
