等到下一季节，开始换个环境，也许路上，读和别人讲，internalizing. 达到不需要强记，内化的目的。go over reviewing;关注做记号的地方（asterixes 星号）。
等到了第三季秋天，你可以 note things。
第四季，如果需要这么久的话，go through the book and reviewed it several times 来内化。 with spending 15 concentrated minutes every in the right circumstances
