If a guest's passport is lost, a tour guide should do the following:

If the passport can not be found, go to the local police station with the guest for help;

If the passport is not found by the police and all concerned, the tour guide should report the incident to the travel agency;

The foreign guest should report his loss to the local Public Security Bureau with a written testimonial offered by the travel agency with the guest's photo;
