No one does when they begin. 让我告诉你一个秘密。没有人一开始就知道怎么做，想法不是在最初就完全成形的。只有当你付诸实践时，它们才会逐渐变得清晰。有了想法之后，你唯一需要的就是开始去做，不要期望准备好一切。灵感乍现是一个谎言，事情是一步一步做出来的，不是靠灵感完成。如果我在开始之前就必须了解与人联系的一切，我就永远不会建立Facebook。

They only become clear as you work on them.
You just have to get started.
If I had to know everything about connecting people before I got started, I never would have build Facebook.
Movies and pop culture just get this all wrong.
The idea of a single Eureka moment is a dangerous lie.
It makes us feel inadequate, because we feel like we haven't had ours yet.
It prevents people with seeds of good ideas from ever getting started in the first place.
Oh, and you know what else movies get wrong about innovation?
No one writes math formulas on glass.
That's not a thing.
I remember that night I launched Facebook from that little dorm in Kirkland house.
I went to Noakes with my firend KX .
And I remeber clearly that I was excited to connect the Harvard community.
But one day, someone was connect the whole world.
The thing is, it never even occurred to me that someone might be us.
But this idea was so clear to us that all people want to connect.
So we just keep working on it , day after day after day. and i know a lot of you are gonna have your own stories just like this.
