Since I discovered this secret at 13, I've practiced it every day.

And it really doesn't matter what others think of you. The important is believe yourself no matter how.

Your progress will be so insane, so fast that it's beyond imagination.

If you want to success, you have to figure out what you really want .

Mistakes are not all bad, they can help you know what you don't want quickly. What are you willing to give in exchange? And what's the cost you're prepared to pay?

They most important thing in life is: Put your own feeling first. Only when we're fully charged with energy, we can have the extra strength to love others and this world.

Life has at least two phases you gotta go through. First, chaotic phase, you only know follow the crowd not knowing what sets you apart from everyone else. All that stability you see comes from the early days of figuring things out and the turmoil from the breakups and the pain, from the letting go and the choices made.
