I understand lot of people are facing the same these days but may be I am not utilizing all the possible resources to put my profile out there ? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to look for a new role ? I have over 8 years of work experience as a full time software engineer and 5 years of that I had worked on RoR stack. Would love to hear some ideas on how to approach this problem better.
