Yesterday afternoon, I went to the building of Zhangjiawan fuhuaqi ,it's like some startup incubator. I saw their office on floor 5, it's 62 square meters, it costs 3000 yuan/month. The staff who received me is a lady, she put on a lot of makeup. That made her face very white. But I can say her skin is not good. She told me I can have a discount of 100 yuan less per month if I rent for half a year at once or enjoy a discount of 200 yuan less per month if I rent for a whole year at once. That's a lot of money for us .We need to think about it carefully. There are 32 square meter room , but it's not available now. They all have been rented. She told me if I can wait, maybe after some time, I can rent one. It costs 2000 yuan/ month. This kind of office room is at the end of the aside, only 3 room. one floor one this kind of room. I told my partners if we have the project to do , maybe we could consider the office in the building. This building is very close to my partner's home. He can walk to there. I can go to there by electric scooter, it's about less than 4 kilometers. after the visit ,I went to the changli building on the way to bus stop. I got some free jasmine tea and ginger tea at the front of the building. it was provided by a hotel. The jasmine tea is cold, I only drink a little. The ginger tea was in a insulated container. it's warm and tastes good. yes I drank more of it. when I was home . I did some office work. and cook dinner. after dinner I made the steamed bread or steamed bun. I was tired in the evening. The body is tired , but my brain is still very active. I need to do some work, so I made the steamed bun. I asked my wife to have a look of the steamed buns. She asked me how I can made them so round. I smiled. In the morning my kid watched the steamed buns, he also gave the affirmation. These steamed buns are pretty good.

I want to leave again , this is the second time, may third . It's very hard for me to stay at a company i don't like even hate. They are not a good team. yes it's a bad team. I don't know how to say. The leader is lack of leadership. Of course I'm work for the company, not for someone. But I don't like the company either. What I'm looking for in this company. Oh my gosh. Now if I leave what the things that i miss. money or people or team? There is some complex emotion. I need to find a good reason to leave. The reason is just for me not for others. Maybe I don't like the phone number which the company give me to use. it's a good reason.

Today it rains, I left sometime to record the work of part time job as a delivery worker/courier/ delivery staff/delivery driver. First I suppose to say it's unhealthy to have a takeaway everyday. As a delivery courier you need to protect your knees , if not you will be using crutches when you old. It's easy to lose your patience when you work in a bad weather or circumstances. Today is rainy, I forgot to click the 'arrived' button on the App. When I noticed that, it's a long distance from the store. I had to go back to the store and confirmed it. It's so annoy.You only can click the button near the store maybe around 50 meters. The App know your instant position with the GPS or something. when the rain is light, you can go on without wearing your raincoat. You will pay more effort when the weather is bad, especially in windy , rainy, snowy day, but you don't get more. because your work time is limited. So the less people join the delivery group .If the weather becomes worse when you're delivering, you should find a shelter to protect you. Keeping you in a safe plot is more important than making money.

For each day, the expression is evaluated and the values in the Alpha output vector represent the weights to allocate to each stock. Alpha weights are not how much you want to buy or sell, but a weighting position you would reach this day. These weights are multiplied by book size (total money invested in the portfolio) to get the dollar value held in each stock. For example, if the Alpha weight (after neutralization and scaling) for MSFT is 0.2423, then we’ll have MSFT stocks with the total value 0.2423*book size.

It calculates 1/close (using the closing price for the previous day), for each instrument in the basket "US: TOP3000" (i.e. top 3000 stocks in the US, by market capitalization). This creates a vector of 3000 values (one for each stock). This vector is then normalized, i.e. divided by the sum of its values(so that all the values sum up to 1). This creates a vector of "weights" for all the stocks, which is called a "Portfolio". Each weight represents the fraction of money invested in that stock. If our booksize is $20 Million, then the money invested in each stock is $20M x (weight of that stock in the portfolio). This is done for each day in the simulation period, and at the end of each day the total profit or loss made by our portfolio is calculated.
